  • Abstract
    In order to understand a contract, it is important to understand the background and circumstances that prevailed when it was drawn up. In this paper, the author examines whether a model contract is better than a fully negotiated one, and comes to the conclusion that contracts are like fine wines, with different wines for different meals.
