  • Abstract
    It is shown by example that the main theorem in the above paper by B.R. Barmish (see ibid., vol.34, p.157-65 (1989)) may lead to an erroneous D-stability conclusion for certain polynomials among the ones considered. Suggestions are presented and discussed.<>
