ISSCC ´78 in San Francisco celebrates silver anniversary of the solid-state circuit Twenty-five years of progress in solid-state circuitry will be marked when ISSCC ´78 — the IEEE International Solid-State Circuits Conference (Solid-State Circuits Council et al.) — meets in San Francisco, Calif., February 15–17, 1978. Speakers at the meeting will chronicle the numerous advances that have been made in the art during this period, as will a special anniversary issue of the conference Digest of Technical Papers.
