  • Abstract
    A high-power surface emitting flared laser with curved feedback grating is reported. Low threshold, low divergence out-coupling is achieved. Single longitudinal mode operation with surface emitting power in excess of 110 mW and sidemode suppression of >40 dB is demonstrated
