Abstract
The problem of scattering from dipoles arbitrarily loaded with passive and active diodes is solved by the method of moments. Results are presented for the tumble average scattering radar cross section of dipoles loaded with p-i-n diodes and negative resistance diodes such as tunnel and Gunn diodes. Single as well as multiple loadings are considered
