  • Abstract
    The results of studies of the transverse electric field distribution of basic and higher wave types of multirow interdigital slow wave structures with an arbitrary transverse position bounding planes are presented. A significant decrease of the higher modes amplitude is achieved by optimization of the transverse planes position.
