  • Abstract
    Possibility of formation of nanoparticles ternary compound semiconductor SuGaTe2 in silicate glass is studied. It is shown that at introduction of a specified compound in a composition of the glass the nanostructure of good optical quality is obtained. Their optical absorption is studied in visible and near IK range areas. Influence of additional heat treatment on spectral properties of low-dimensional structures is found. The features of spectra are explained from the viewpoint of the transformation of the crystal lattices.
