  • Abstract
Multi-element sensor arrays of low-reflectivity, chirped apodized, 1 cm long, and 1 nm wide gratings have been fabricated interferometrically. Once exposed, points along each grating are re-illuminated with fringeless ultra-violet light to achieve <1% flat top ripple in reflectivity and no sidebands to -30 dB.
