Abstract
Simulation results for complex propagation constants HE11 mode in two-layer circular below-cutoff waveguides are presented. It is shown that in the off-limit frequency range the waveguides exhibit new properties. On the basis of these properties the transducers for the measuring of magnetic permeability of different materials can be developed.
