  • Abstract
    Summary form only given. The epitaxial ferrite film (EFF) magnetostatic wave (MSW) straight edge resonators (SERs) have advantage in comparison with other types of EFF resonators. The basic advantage of such resonators is the simplicity and accessability of their manufacturing technique based on chemical etching EEF using of photoengraving processes. The usage of such resonators as frequency-assigning devices of tunable high frequency oscillators is presented.
