Abstract
Phase unwrapping is the most complicated and unreliable stage of interferometric data processing. For real radar scenes obtained by InSAR systems the phase unwrapping problem does not have unique solution because of phase noise and aliasing. A semi-automatic phase unwrapping algorithm of 2D-interferogran into 3D dimension with further analysis of its cross-section is proposed.
