Abstract
The paper analyzes the performance evaluation method in urban emergency logistics. There are always some unexpected events such as natural disasters or calamities which can obstruct the smooth operation of logistics system. In severe events, failed logistics can bring urban regions to chaos. According to the principle of early warning, emergency performance evaluation should be carried out. In this paper, we incorporate a few evaluation methods such as Delphi method, AHP, fuzzy judgment, present a new comprehensive evaluation method that can take different factors of urban logistics into account.
