Abstract

In this paper, modernizing methods of communication cabling facilities in the premises are discussed according to the construction of very high-speed communication network and the development of multimedia service. First, after present communication services are classified and development direction in the future is reviewed, the current status of communication cabling facilities in the premises considering the service development trend is analyzed in the domestic and oversea areas. Especially domestic state is compared with advanced countries´ standards, and modernisation methods for the communication cabling facilities in the domestic premises are presented
