  • Abstract
    We report a parametric TDC employing polarization diversity loop with a PM-HNLF. Stable transmissions under the dispersion-managed condition over 105-km field fiber are demonstrated using NRZ-OOK ultra-high-definition video signals at 43-Gbit/s.
