  • Abstract
    This paper examines the practicability of technology transformation scheme according to seasons and raw material ratio and on the basis of energy consumption status, as well as analyzes the practical coal consumption status before and after technology transformation. By recycling heat bleeding from the primary cyclone separator , the energy-saving technological transformation of MDF production line in Wangqing County Linyuan Wood Industry Co,. LTD is consummated. Of the transformation, it mainly takes place in the drying pipeline and the air admission valve of MDF heating system, which is fueled with coal. The proportion of dry and new material impacts greatly on drying and the average temperature difference of four seasons is 3°C∼8°C, thus the energy loss caused by material change can be lessened by transformation, at the same time, 23.11kg standard coal per stere plate can be saved.
