Modeling and development of flexible lift mechanism for press shop

One of the important sectors of the Indian economy is Industry. The Small Scale Industries (SSI) plays a vital role of the Indian Economy in terms of generation of employment, and base of entrepreneurial which helps to create and share the production. The study held in SSI in press shop, hands-on approach to workplace where material handling table work effectively, by considering the space constraint, time constraints, and availability of workers and different postures of workers. It also includes the considerations for present working of the material handling table, plant layout with different sections where kinds of operations are performed which also Discuss the different platform of press shop where different operation such as handling of raw material, cutting of raw material to finished elements. This paper Analyze the different problems related to handling of table with their probable solutions that shows the drawbacks of presently available material handling table and with objectives and propose solution. It states the observations carried out for a week which gives the loss of time and money. Modeling states the advancement of technology with reduction of cost of manufacturing and loss of time.
