Abstract
This thesis used the saplings of Magnolia sieboldii as materials to study the influence of 6-BA on parameters of chlorophyll a fluorescence and membrane lipid peroxidation under low temperature stress (10°C). The result showed that during the beginning period of the low temperature stress, 6-BA inhibits the increase of Fo, maintaing higher Fv /Fm , and Fv´/Fm´, qP and NPQ, inhibiting the increase of relative electric conductivity and MDA content and improving the activity of catalase and superoxide dismutase so that both the stability of the membrane configuration under low temperature stress and the cold temperature resistance of Magnolia sieboldii can be strengthened.
