Abstract
A traffic flow simulation has been developed to analyse traffic movements in the National University of Singapore (NUS). As part of a crisis management plan, the program´s main function is to analyse the time needed for a full traffic evacuation in the case of an emergency. In addition, it also allows users to determine the shortest path for their journey in the case of a road block at various parts of NUS.
