  • Abstract
    A large number of remote manipulation system has been developed with the development of the robotics, this paper describes a brief account of advance on the teleoperation system, on dealing with the problems arose in the application, such as the effects of stability and transparency caused by time delay of the system, the various control methods and theories proposed recent years are summarized, and the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods are also given. Some new ideas about the research for control strategy and method of teleoperation are proposed for further study.
