Abstract
This paper focuses on route recommendation for customers with multi-walking destinations in indoor environment. The author considers the influential factors of route recommendation, including not only the length of all routs between two walking destinations, but also the traffic density on the routes. Because heavy traffic density influences not only customers´ walking speed, but also customers´ experience in the shopping malls and the customer flow amount of the shopping malls. The creativity of this paper lies in: (1) purposing time weight as the relative walking time between two points. Acquire the walking speed by building a new model between the walking speed and the flow density; (2) determining the time weights between two destinations based on the flow density and route lengths. Taking the indoor multi-destination route as an open route, in this paper, Vertex-exchange Algorithm is improved to optimize the multi-destination route to find the route with least sum of time weight .Complete the simulation and implementation of the algorithm referred above. A large number of testing showed that the algorithm was efficient to meet the actual need.
