  • Abstract
    Most of the ATC unsafe events have relationship with human factors; air traffic controller situational awareness is the important part of human factors. It is important to research controller situational awareness, to improve the controller level of situation awareness for the prevention of aviation accident. Controller situational awareness indicator system is established through the analysis of aviation accidents; the controller situational awareness indicators are researched quantitatively with gray relational analysis, and contribution degree is derived to the accident by analysis of indicators correlation. Indicators is sorted of according to the size of contribution degree and some recommendations are given to improve the controller situational awareness accordingly.
