  • Abstract
    Fatigue life´s test cycle of damper spring in a vehicle is long and costly, and some operating parameters can not be measured easily. So apply Reliability Enhancement Testing to it; Reliability Enhancement Testing´s computer-aided design and analysis were applied to the vehicle. The vehicle´s virtual prototype model was Established based on ADAMS. Get the shock spring´s load spectrum by simulation under both normal and enhancement work conditions. And enhancement coefficients were obtained under differet enhancement work conditions. Provide a good reference to Fatigue Reliability Enhancement Testing.
