The application of entropy method in the evaluation of innovative cities

As an objective evaluation method, entropy method is widely used in the comprehensive evaluation. In order to evaluate innovative cities, this paper designs an evaluation indicator system from four aspects of innovation subject, innovation resource, innovation environment and innovation performance, which is the main innovation of this paper. And then with Entropy Method, an empirical research on the comparative evaluation among Shenyang and domestic similar cities is implemented. The result shows that Shenyang stays in the middle level among the 14 cities.
