  • Abstract
    In the last years the research activity in the field of real time simulation and virtual testing has grown very quickly. The reason of this interest, especially by the scientific community, is due to the increasing complexity of control systems and the availability of low cost real-time hardware architectures. In this paper, the hardware in the loop simulation is used in order to determine the advantages introduced by the using of supercapacitor recovery system for elevator as function of the traffic-scheduling algorithm.
