  • Abstract
    To evaluate radio communication network (RCN) organization and application is the foundation of efficient use of radio communications to organize data and voice communications. At present, it is a more effective method to evaluate network performance by simulation technology. Based on the simulation technology and operational evaluation theory, the paper researched on the qualitative and quantitative evaluation problem of RCN organization and application. The basic idea to construct RCN organization and application simulation evaluation system was brought out. The static evaluation and dynamic evaluation methods were also designed, which provides solution schema for the simulation-based static and dynamic evaluation. The research lays good foundation for the realization of RCN organization and application simulation evaluation system.
