Abstract
In this paper, we maximize the allowable delay bounds that guarantee the stability of Takagi-Sugeno (T-S) fuzzy systems with time-varying delays, by adopting fuzzy weighting-dependent variables for the system dynamics elimination and the integral inequality lemma. The resulting quadratic Parameterized Linear Matrix Inequalities (PLMIs) are further relaxed by introducing some free variables to exploit constraints of the weighting parameters itself. A simple example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed criterion.
