  • Abstract
Gaming has been regarded by many people as a new and promising tool to deal with complex problems in which human decisions have far-reaching effects on others. In this paper, we shall discuss how the gaming could be successfully utilized for city planning. Further, we shall suggest that soft computing techniques could be applied to the field of gaming. In particular, neural networks could be utilized in order to make a copy of each player´s strategy in game playing. We shall also suggest that NNs and EA (and GAs) could be utilized in order to make game playing much more exciting
