  • Abstract
    This paper deals with an effective method to share various kinds of vehicular information among a great number of vehicles for advanced inter-vehicle communications (IVC). We present a simple and effective communication scheme named two-way approached information spreading system (TWAIS) in order to provide high quality communications service in ITS. It makes smooth communications and high availability suitable for IVC.
