Abstract
The methods of electrical parameters calculation of microwave devices, in which construction is used the section of two-coupled transmission lines with the reactive loads from one side, are reported. The different phase shifters with the fixed insertion phase shift, digital phase shifter utilizing the commutable reactances, transforming and matching circuits and directional coupler are considered. The impedance transformation method and the symmetric four-pole properties are used at the derivation of formulas for electrical parameters calculation. The possibility to compensate the effect of discontinuities of input-line-to-coupled-line junction and also the effect of difference of even and odd mode phase velocities is provided.
