  • Abstract
    Recently, S-parameter method that is the measurement method of the input impedance of the balanced antenna is proposed. It is a problem of this method that the jig influences measured value when the measurement frequency increases. To remove the influence of the jig, we have examined compensating method using the ABCD-matrix. In this report, to remove the influence of the jig, we propose a novel open correction compensating the influence of the impedance at the open end of the jig. The calculated result of the dipole antenna shows proposed method is very effective for improving the measurement accuracy.
