  • Abstract
    Virtual Reality(VR) and e-Government Technology both are achieved significant development in recent years, which provides possibility to realize anthropomorphic e-Government based on “anywhere” Internet. To reduce the big gap between VR Technology and e-Government application in terms of Technology Architecture and Development Process, in this paper, a design method on VR service Engine is proposed. Research on functionality of VR Service Engine, The theory and method of VR Service Engine Realization are given as well. The main focus of the paper is to describe PCS (Public Call Service) Interface of VR Service Engine, Design of Interpreter and drafting of specifications. etc.
