Abstract
It is difficult to monitor electronic systems´ early faults, so a Hidden Semi-Markov Model (HSMM) was introduced in order to solve the problem, and the electronic systems state monitor model based on HSMM was designed. The faint changes of early faults were replaced by the values of likelihood which changed markedly to estimate the healthy condition of the electronic systems, and the application examples indicated that the effect was good.
