  • Abstract
    Ontology offers great potentials as a rich source of information, and has been applied to a wide area like semantic web, digital library, etc. But creating a desirable ontology is still quite challenging. In this paper, we propose a two-layer ontology model (TLOM), and a novel five-step method for ontology building base on TLOM. This method can facilitate the organization and the evolution of ontology.
