Abstract
The complete computer-aided design and analysis of a 14.25-GHz nonlinear microstrip amplifier are given. The response of the circuit is predicted in the time and frequency domains using an existing general program. A practical microstrip circuit of the nonlinear amplifier was built and measured. A comparison between experimental and simulated results indicates very good agreement
