Abstract
Ultrasonic wave signals are generated by equipping a small sound-radiator in the sub-pipe line that separates from the main pipeline. Present study is an attempt to measure the flow rate based on the sound pressure level of the signals. Average flow velocities and average received voltages were approximately proportional. As an advantage, fluid temperature change is difficult to influence.
