Abstract
We have applied a mathematically grounded method for investigation of the problem of screening the head of a user of a dipole antenna with metallic helmet. This method has enabled us to build a numerical solution in the wide frequency band with guaranteed convergence. The obtained results can be useful, for example, in the design of the mobile communication devices and, in particular, in choosing optimal sizes of screens necessary to protect biological objects from microwave radiation, up to a necessary level.
