  • Abstract
    Bioinformatics is a branch of biological science and information technology which deals with the study of methods for storing, retrieving and analyzing biological data. Phylogeny is the genealogical study of living and non living organisms to represents the historical pattern of relationship among organisms. The paper proposes in ontology for phylogeny visualization based representation. The proposed method provides a better visualization approach with interrelated data of organisms represents in phylogenetic tree. The data of organism can be retrieved using query and dynamic visualization.
