The construction of conservation-conscious society not only refers to the conservation of producing, that is conservation-conscious production behavior, but also includes the conservation of consuming, that is conservation-conscious consumption behavior (CCCB). This paper takes an empirical analysis on CCCB of college students (including conservation-conscious purchase behavior and conservation-conscious utilization behavior) from questionnaire. At first, the different factors between conservation-conscious college students and non-conservation — conscious ones are concentrated, then we discuss whether we could apply them to predict the CCCB tendency of college students. At the end of this paper, several solutions and enlightenments on education will be put forward.
