Abstract
Mobile Health (MH) is a hot topic in the health IT industry because it can make a big difference in healthcare services. However, before adopting Mobile Health technology, we must ensure that it provides safe and reliable services to users and it should also meet authoritative requirements. In US, Meaningful Use (MU) is widely used to evaluate Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems service quality. Therefore, in this paper we derive appropriate requirements for MH evaluation from MU requirements. Based on our new MH requirements, existing MH architectures that are currently being surveyed in ISO/TC215 DTR were evaluated. This new MH requirements are applicable to further developments of mobile health services.
