Abstract
This study applied Kansei Engineering concept to design the power system of a small unmanned aerial vehicle. Through screening optimized design, the best combination of design can be obtained. This promotes quality and efficiency of product design. For screening correlation design factors, this paper used 5W1H method to analyze and vote design factors. Next, using Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM), a variety of design structure roadmap was analyzed. Taking advantage of the experts´ opinion to apply Local Grey Relational Analysis-Analytic Hierarchy Process (LGRA-AHP) method can help to obtain the consensus assessment of the best structural design strategy. The research results not only collected the best arrangement of design paths, but also parsed the main design conditions of power system. Finally, the results of this study can also improve the integrity of the product design.
