  • Abstract
The formula for the assessment of the minimal gas concentration is received to register the sensitive element analytical expression for the time for the cluster to achieve the limit of percolation (time of the sensitive element speed of operation). It is shown that at the initial stages of the surface cluster to increase this time does not depend on the desorption processes. The gained results can be used in the process of semiconductor sensitive element development as well as in the development of gas-sensitive mass of the sensitive element.
