Notice of Retraction

The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
This paper chooses Toyota recall accident as the case to identify the risk of the supply chain, analyze the reason resulting in risk and have a research on characters and effect of the risk conduction on the supply chain. This paper finds the root reason is ignoring the risk caused by the blindly pursuing the profit and market expansion. Enterprises should also fully identify the risk and master the characters of risk conduction to take measures to decrease the influence on the supply chain.
