To develop low-carbon economic is the necessary choice for China to lead peace and sustainable development. This research focuses on its effects to family financial planning. According to the long-term develop plan of low-carbon economic and considering the environmental benefit, to update the original mean-variance portfolio model, analysis the family financial planning risk reducing, it will comes a new family financial planning that further fit the low-carbon living style. By family financial planning case study it can draw a conclusion that the rate of return on total investment which considering the environmental benefit is hiher than the other.
