  • Abstract
    This study establishes science and technology innovation team efficacy evaluation model by the combination of balanced and employees scorecard. Our measurement focuses specifically on team- and individual-level efficacy by fuzzy evaluation method. Meanwhile, the markov model is built effectively to calculate the increment of members efficacy in team compared to individuals independently. We also proved that as an important structure of technology and economic activities, innovation team could not only save resources but also improve human efficacy to help orgaziations achieve bertter performance.
