Research on the approaches to analysis supply chain structure: — from transaction cost and structural organization

Supply chains are considered as a solution for effectively meeting customer requirements such as low costs, high product variety and quality and shorter lead times. In order to acquire deeper understanding of supply chain system, this paper put forward two new approaches which include the transaction cost and structural organization to help relative department understand the key of supply chain. Then the author explains these two approaches´ key ideas. At last the writer demonstrates comparison of two ways in supply chain analysis so as to help the relative research make use of these methods in the right way.
