  • Abstract
    In the submitted paper, the enhancement of power system oscillation damping using TCPAR devices is presented. The analysis concerns local and inter-area oscillations. The performed analysis has been carried out both on single-machine and interconnected power system models. A few factors influencing the efficiency of the TCPAR control on oscillation damping have been analysed. Among others, for the case of the interconnected power system model, the influence of the TCPAR localisation has been discussed.
