Abstract
How to determine the proportion of the Capture of Provincial State-owned Enterprises Revenue is the first problem that the local government must solve when State-owned capital operation budget is being implemented. Firstly, in this paper we established a dynamic game model under the state of complete information between the government and enterprises. Secondly, we get the Nash equilibrium based on the Cobb-Douglas production function by the stage game theory, and obtain the determinants of the radio of the monopoly and the general competitive by analysis. Finally, the case illustrates the application of the model, and the conclusions show that the model has certain theoretical and practical reference value.
