Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to explore the general architecture for collaborative management of service innovation networks (SINs). After giving a panorama of MAS, MAS-based design architecture is expounded. Various actors and benefits involve in the collaborative management of SINs that make the collaborative process emerge as a complex societal-techno interactive system. MAS design provides a collaborative architecture for SINs management. This paper provides a useful insight into relevant areas and contributes to the resolution of these types of complex, multi-actor decision and management problems in service sciences. It has important implications as regards the need to incorporate various actors´ viewpoints and interests into the collaborative management process of SINs.
