Research on selection of third party logistics enterprise based on goal programming

The advent and development of the third party logistics (TPL) of china promotes the economic development powerfully, and is the economic growth important source, meanwhile has the important role to the enterprise´s development and the promotion of the competitive power, how to choose the best third party logistics enterprise is continuous matter of concern for the enterprise. The article determines indicator system of the selection third party logistics enterprise using balanced score card tool from the strategic angle of view, apprises and chooses TPL enterprise through the goal programming method, and finally carries on the demonstration analysis, so as to provide certain reference value for the enterprise in the choosing third party logistics enterprise.
