As the rapid development of E-business, reverse logistics issue is very outstanding. Enterprises have to take appropriate measures to do reverse logistics business. This paper analysis the reasons of how the reverse logistics accur based on E-business and three operation modes of reverse logistics, introduce product return rates to the profit function, compare two modes of operating independently and outsourcing, get the conclusion that manufacturers should make outsourcing decision upon the level of product return rate and choose the right operation mode.
